I know my weight loss will be a slow process but I can’t wait to reach my goal. I will be losing weight in a healthy process of eating right and exercising daily so I hope to lose 1-1.5lbs a week. This will be my last fat year. Each previous year I have promised myself that I would start losing weight but this time I will commit and be on my way to perfection and a new me.
